The maintenance of saw blades mainly includes the following aspects:
Maintain the sharpness of the saw blade: After prolonged use, the edge of the alloy saw blade will become dull, leading to a decrease in cutting quality, equipment damage, and even safety accidents. Therefore, once burrs or increased noise are found on the cross-section of the product, work should be stopped immediately, a new saw blade should be replaced, and re grinding should be carried out.
1. Regularly inspect and replace severely worn saw blades: Regularly inspect the wear of saw blades, replace severely worn ones in a timely manner, and ensure that each sawing can maintain the best condition;
2. Preventing oxidation and rust of saw blades: Various specifications of aluminum cutting saw blades are very afraid of oxidation, avoid sticking corrosive liquids, and ensure that the saw blade is coated with anti rust oil around the body;
3. Cooling and lubrication: During the sawing process, the saw blade will generate high temperatures due to friction, and effective cooling measures need to be taken. A micro lubrication device can be installed on the sawing equipment to reduce the temperature of the saw blade and extend its service life by spraying lubricating oil;
4. Proper storage of saw blades: When not in use, the saw blades should be placed flat or hung up using the inner hole to avoid stacking other items or stepping on them, and attention should be paid to moisture and rust prevention;
5. Avoid excessive load: When cutting hard materials, avoid putting too much pressure on the saw blade and control the cutting speed reasonably to reduce the wear of the saw blade;
6. Regular cleaning: The surface of the saw blade is prone to accumulating oil stains and welding wire residues, which can affect cutting quality and saw blade life. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean the saw blade to maintain its cleanliness;
